x belt keeps snapping

My x belt just snapped again, this is the second time in a few months.

The bed wasn't even under any pressure it was doing a tool change at the time. I notice when replacing there is no adjustment tor tension on the belt.

Any suggestions?

The only time I have seen the X axis drive belt snap on the Triac is when the axis has been driven to the end of its limit & then stalls while the motor is still turning/

In order to tension the belt you just need to push down lightly on the motor assembly as you fasten it on.
