LYNX DRIVE ON TRIAC MILL

I have a Denford CNC Triac which I am coverting to run on mac3, with a SEM type 30X2-44L spindle motor
The driver is a LYNX 08 I am having trouble getting it to work
The manual for this drive found on the net is slightly different to mine
I have attached a photo of the driver
Can anyone identify it and offer any help on running it without the rest of the triac electronics.

Can you post a clearer picture of the terminals in the bottom left?
