Z height not being set automatically

The Z height of our VSL3.5 is not adjusting itself automatically according to the material thickness.

I've seen references to the VCP on various sites but we don't seem to have it!

Any clues?

Look on the SYSTEM tab of your Versa Laser software. In there you will find the section for auto Z to compensate for your material thickness
