Q. The GENERIC.GNC file is created whenever a post processing event takes place. This file is constantly rewritten when subsequent post processing events take place. (Location C:\Denford\Data)
If the error message relates to the GENERIC.GNC file, It means the there is some protection not letting it write to the C drive
A. Log in as administrator and check the software works
Give the User access to the C drive
Map a network drive to the server and read the Help files on DENFORD in Techsoft
