Triac feed overide pot - Denford Software & Machines

I have a 1996 Triac SN 60619A. Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit a manual feed overide pot. At the moment I can only change feeds from the keyboard. Any help/assistance would be much appreciated.

If I'm so smart, why am I still broke?
