Extraction unit now runs all the time on my VL 300

The extraction fan unit has started to run all the time on my VL 300.

Basically they switch the Laser on and the fan unit used to start up, then stop, then start up and then stop again until you started cutting. Now it does start up, then stop, then start up and then keeps on running all the time. Any ideas?

This sounds like the USB driver has encountered a problem.

A printer driver re-installation should help or the much smoother way, will be a driver update in the device manager of the computer.

If something like that happens, then the computer lost the USB device firmware.
