The only bit that needs 3ph is the motor control - if you're good with wiring diags you can find the relevant offenders and change the inverter for a single phase in 3ph 230v out and you're sorted
Oh and change the wiring for the motor to suit 230v
easy eh?unless it's a Fanuc or hiedenhein control.... (sod the spellin')
