You're in luck!  I found one and stuck it on my RS proximity switch tester and it seems to indicate that it's PNP (assuming I connected the 2 wires in the right place 
 (I'm not an electronics guru but I know what an electrolictic capacitor looks like - even if I can't spell it 
 )
Voltage? dunno but it works with the RS thingy which uses 9v....
