0 Feed Rate

I have a Microturn 2000 and VRTurning Version 1.16.2.425. I was turning a piece of aluminum stock and took to big of a cut now my feed rate is 0% and when I try to turn a piece my spindle starts but the tool does not move. Do you have any suggestions to what the poblem is.

Does the axes HOME Ok ?

Yes, it homes just fine. It turns out that the feedrate knob on the front of the lathe was turned down. All I had to do was turn the knob up and that solved my problem.
