Techsoft to Versa Laser link problem

My Techsoft to Versa Laser link has always worked but now from Techsoft when I select SETUP/DRAWING/LAYOUT/MATCH CURRENT PRINTER I get X0, Y0 and Z0

Reinstalling the Versa Laser software usually solves this problem
