How do I recover the necessary password to access 'Setup Machine Parameters'?

If you have not changed it from the default then it is "denny" (without the quotes). If was changed then Admin will be able to to post some information

If the password has been changed, then I can only advise on how to recover it by private message, or email (technical at(@) denford dot co. uk)

Otherwise, it defeats the whole point of having a password, if everyone knows how to reset it
