Microrouter RS232 port conflict 'Techsoft Roland Modella'

We had problems linking a Microrouter via the RS232 serial port.

This has been resolved by uninstalling the 'Techsoft Roland Modella' driver completely from the computer. It appeared that once this driver was installed it 'took over' the serial port and would not let other applications use it.
