I have a problem with my Cyclone. Hasn't been used for a while and batteries went flat.
I replaced them while the machine was on but it has lost its Z return position and also I am getting some other strange errors.
I get 5138 FSSB:Error when i first turn the machine on.
After hitting the green button on the front this error clears and I get...
300 APC alarm x axis need ZRN
300 APC alarm z axis need ZRN
301 APC alarm x axis communication
301 APC alarm z axis communication
Does anyone know how I can clear these errors? At the moment I cannot even jog the axis

Have you got a backup of the machien parameters?
When the battery went flat you may have lost all the parameters which could include the drive paramiters.

If the machine is fitted with absolute pulse encoders on the axis motors it may be that the batteries on the drive are low & then you will need to home both axis.

All the parameters seem to be there.
I does look like it has to be referenced, but I think it is stuck on the Z+ limit.
How can I move it off the limit?
