Tu150P, Fanuc OT-C, doesn't bootup - no data on the screen

Hi all.

I was asked for help to recover Cyclone TU-150P that doesn't bootup.
As I consulted with the owner, the machine just hanged up when it was working and the man just took the power plug off.
Now the machine is in a state where nothing is displayed on the monitor. Just thin horizontal stripes, doesn't response to panel buttons.

As I suppose based on the action taken by the owner and information read on this forum the software is broken.
Can you someone help me to recover it? Is there any interface except USB (sending data for cutting) by means of which I could connect to and debug or flash firmware? Electronic hardware below the cover looks to be in perfect condition, the owner told me that someone checked that the battery in the back is ok. The machine doesn't contain floppy drive. Just 2 sockets at the back (attachement).

Does the screen come on?

It may be worth speaking to Fanuc directly.

Nothing is displayed on the screen.
Just barely visible horizontal stripes.

nobody, no idea nor solution.

Without any info on the screen I would still be looking at asking a Fanuc Engineer for guidance.

Ok, machine is fixed - reason was in power supply unit.
On the PCB there are couple of LEDs that shall be lit up.
None of them was - the PSU Fault, maybe such a use case mentioned by me will help someone.
