Unable to alter Offsets

Just recently joined a new school and have been tasked with resurrecting their Compact 1000 Pro.

It was checked last year by Denford (with their laptop) and found to be in good working order


I am toiling to get the Work Offsets set up.

The machine moves maybe 3-4mm in the requested direction before resetting to its original position.

The only time the tool moves is when I go to replace a tool. The machine positions in the centre of the cabinet
ready to change. So it is receiving this command OK.

Any suggestions on where to start?

IIf you open the Help Tab in VRMilling then open up the Tutorial called "Cut part single tool" it should guide you through how to set the machine up if everything is correct.
