getting this error message soon after starting the program: error no response from controller. vr milling 2 on a microrouter v4ns. only way out is to disconnect the machine.

Are you running any local extraction as it could be causing electrical noise.

It may be worth loading DenfordEasyUpgrader & checking the firmware is up to date on the NextStep control card.
