Turns out I need a new stepper motor on my triac, when under any sort of load even light it's stalling.
I don't want to replace the drive card or stepper housing can anyone recommend a replacement?
I do have an urgent job but that's out the window now
Sadly it is yes.
With just a light bit of pressure on the cog it's stalling so it needs to be replaced

It's proving very hard to get a suitable replacement, current shaft is 9.5mm all New nema 34's are 12-13mm
Can anyone help, does anyone have a triac stepper spare?
Need one urgent
If I get a bigger shaft then the cogg/pulley won't fit

As I don't know the spec of the current strippers in the triac at the moment it's very to buy a new one.
Anyone got any thoughts on if this is a suitable replacement

Measurement wise it looks the same as current

Did you ever get this sorted out?
I'm in the process of converting a 1985 (green) triac to mach3 and my x-axis motor is bust.
