can this machine cut sheet styrene? (as in, polystyrene)

I am sure it will cut styrene. It depends on the thicknes and finish you want. I have cut 25mm polystyrene and while the top surface is OK the back has melted away.

You cannot cut PVC as chlorine gas would be given off.
