VL 200 says disconnected

Last week, when I want to start my VL-200 the printer driver says disconnected.
New driver installation did not work.
So I took my Laptop with new installed Windows an connected the USB cable.
Windows says…
New hardware found…USB-Hub… Software installed.
There is no question for driver cd.
Windows means it is only a hub but no device.

Does the machine power on using the power button on the machine?

No, it does not starts

It sounds as though the CPU is faulty & needs to be replaced.

Have you tried it on another computer?
