Microrouter will home but will not jog

Running Windows XP and VR CNC Milling 2.28 This is the first problem with the machine. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? I have re-installed the software with the same results. I have also installed on another computer with same results.

Manual feed has been set to max with no effect.

Check that the feed overide button is not on 0%.

It's also worth checking the jog keys definitions haven't been tampered with:
