in my tool libary I havw 18 tool defined, but only 4 show up on my tool list when making my tool paths.
How can I get all of my tools that are in my libary to show on my tool list

Firstly make sure you have downloaded the latest version of QuickCAM 2D as the tool link between that and VR Milling 5 has been improved:
