Change Gear Chart
I have just got myself a Viceroy TDS 1/1 (c.1964) with an imperial lead screw and no gearbox. Does anyone have a copy of the change gear table for one of these?
I am fairly sure I don't have a full complement of gears but I don't know which ones I need!
Some help would be appreciated
Cheers

Re: Change Gear Chart
I'm sure I have that info somewhere - may take a while to find it though.
I'll see what I can find.

Re: Change Gear Chart
From the parts lists here https://www.denfordata.com/downloads/for ... -lists.pdf

it looks like the standard gear set is 16, 18, 24, 32, 40, 48, 72 & 80.

Also listed are 20, 28 and 100.

Re: Change Gear Chart
Haven't found the chart yet (CH112), but these 2 drawings show the complete gear set and how to calculate the pitch.

Re: Change Gear Chart
Thanks for that - I have a very incomplete gear range.

Anyone know of a supply of gears - at a reasonable price obviously!
