Oil spec Easiturn 3 lathe

hi can anyone help me out with what's the oil specification for use on an easiturn 3 lathe (large red light showing low lube)

I just use hydraulic oil, whatever is available

Easiturn Manual Suggests

OIL - SHELL VITREA 68 or CASTROL PERFECTO NN
GREASE - SHELL ALVANIA No 3 or CASTROL SPHEEROL AP3
