Ok, machine is fixed - reason was in power supply unit.
On the PCB there are couple of LEDs that shall be lit up.
None of them was - the PSU Fault, maybe such a use case mentioned by me will help someone.

Hi all.

I was asked for help to recover Cyclone TU-150P that doesn't bootup.
As I consulted with the owner, the machine just hanged up when it was working and the man just took the power plug off.
Now the machine is in a state where nothing is displayed on the monitor. Just thin horizontal stripes ...
