Hi,
You I think are looking at a chuck guard, this is not headstock and spindle - it should be cabinet assembly or an extra.

Hi,
From what I could glean from the listed files ML124 (a or b) appears to be the metal splash guard and the a or b is the length. It appears to be a universal fit for a range of models.
The progression to a semi automatic set up (ELS) would mean work getting done perhaps faster under machine ...

Can anyone point me in the direction of a dimensioned drawing for part ML124 (a or b) Splash Guard?
Having trawled through the available documents I cannot find one.
