I am get a 417 Servo alarm on all axes
Machine Fanuc ATC OM
The problem originally started with an error saying RS 232 – Programme 101,
And now it has :-
417 Servo alarm X Digital parameters
417 Servo alarm Y Digital parameters
417 Servo alarm Z Digital parameters

Straight out of the Fanuc 0M B Maintenance manual:
417: When the X-axis enters any of the conditions shown in the following, this alarm results.
1) A Value which is out of the specified range has been set to the parameter 8120 for motor type
2) A proper value (111 or -111) has not been set to the parameter 8122 for the rotating direction of the motor
3) An improper data such as 0 or less has been set to the parameter 8123 for the number of velocity feedback pulses per rotation of the motor
4) An improper data such as 0 or less has been set to parameter 8124 for the number of position feedback pulses per rotation of motor.
