My Microrouter Pro NS Spindle motor does not run upto full speed

1. Try checking to see if the carbon brushes are worn (i.e. carbon deposits on the commutator)
2. Try securing the motor in a vice or similar and plug it directly into a 240V supply (Check the voltage first of the motor on the serial No plate)
3. Check you are getting a Analogue DC voltage of betweem 1v - 10v when the spindle is running and you vary the speed. Terminals 1 and 2 on connector TB7 on the botton left hand side of the Baldor drive board with the orange connectors and 7 segment display
