versa laser saying doors open

My versa laser is not working!!!!
Our laser cutter just stopped working last week and is giving the message that the interlocks are open and the red LED on the panel is flashing? Have checked the magnets on the lid, hinges.... everything ok. Obviously not getting the red dot from the laser either......
What else can I check?

Power.

You are missing the 48 volts. Check you have 240 volts on the kettle plug & the 2 fuses are OK in the fuse holder below the kettle plug socket.
