Microsoft Outlook error message when trying to print

I have come accross a problem that when attempting to print to the Versalaser the software starts to set up Microsoft Office 2000 instead of opening the VersaLaser print screen.

The VersaLaser printer needs to be set to "print directly to printer" & not as default, Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster.

It can be found in the VL300 or VL200 printer propeties under the Advanced tab.
