Air assist problems?

Hi.

Our air assist unit is on all the time. Its not done this before. Any ideas?

How powerful should the air flow be? Is there a simple measure of flow? When I unclip the blue hose from the back of the laser there appears to be very little.

Any ideas?

Check the USB drivers in the Device Manager. It sounds as though the device is not correctly installed.

The amount of air pressure needed is very low so as long as you can feel it then it should be fine.
