Oracle extraction unit - fan speed changing

How do i change the fan speed on an Oracle extraction unit ?

1. Power up the Oracle extraction unit
2. Hold both the "+" and "-" fan speed button down, until the green "Clean Running" LED flashes on and off.
3. Using the "+" and "-" fan speed buttons alter the fan speed
