Air pressure low

Hi,
Our vera laser wont cut, a red box comes up on screen saying Air Pressure Low.
What should I do to fix it.

What is the type of Laser and extraction unit you have ? Any serial Nos ?

It is the Versa Laser ADVL/1

Check in the System and Diagnostic Tabs on the Versa Laser software and see if the Detect Low Air Pressure selection is checked. If it isn't then try reinstalling the software
