QuickCAM 3D V3 Machining Plans

I would like to know why do I only have two out of the twelve machining plans available for QuickCAM PRO (version 3.2.0.52).

It says that on top that other machining plans are available with QuickCAM PRO. Where can I get it?

How much is it going to cost us considering we are an international school?
