USB not communicating from PC to Versa Laser

My Versa Laser has been working fine and now I get USB not communicating from PC to Versa Laser error

Make sure that the USB cable is plugged in to the same USB socket when the software was installed

When disconnecting or turning off the versalaser with the PC still on, it sometimes loses connection and will not find the laser again.

You are best to turn off the machine and PC, make sure everything is connected, then turn the machine back on, then let the PC find the USB connection again.
