Are the drives powered up.
See if you can turn the X axis leadscrew or if the motor is holding it.

Are the drives powering up ? Any LED's lighting up on them - you will find the manuals for those here on the forum:
Parker I think:
viewtopic.php?t=561
It may be that when the Eurocard failed, it caused a failure on the rack - maybe also the drives as they share the same backplane.
Check around for burnt tracks/fuses on the rack system.

on that model, does the second board next to the baldor board supply dc to the control logic, or enable the drives somehow.?

AFAIK the 2nd daughter board is just additional IO and the isolated spindle analogue
I don't remember seeing or scanning any information on that card

Eurocard failed probably because I replaced the battery with a wrong.
Before everything was ok just could not remember the tool.
Fuses on the axis cards are ok.

If the drives aren't been energised then you need to trace that fault from the diagrams and the manuals.
eg:

viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2264
Is the enable signal changing when you release estop - I'm not sure what will exactly happen but power should be applied to the axes drives...

the 24volts DC is present on the backplane. wires 60 & 61.
I checked the 3 x 20mm fuses on the backplane and are ok

make sure the drives are fully pushed into the sockets.

When i try homing the X axis baldor card writes "H"
When i try homing the Y axis baldor card writes "8"
When i try homing the Z axis baldor card writes "8"
I checked DC on terminals shown on the picture: is not present.
I checked all fuses in the axis card and in backplane: are ok.

It may be worth checking that the ribbon cable between the custon card & motion control card is fully seated.

YESSSSSS!!!! I did it!
The machine works!
The fault has been an abnormal contact of a fuse on the backplane!
Thank you all for your advice and thanks to Denford for the support.
