Try another fuse, but first remove the 3 orange connectors to the motors (marked X Y and Z with 4 wires in each)

If it still blows, then the bottom board will need repairing (look closely at the big chips mounted onto the black heatsink to the right of the fuse)
If not, then you will need to check the stepper motors wiring with an ohm-meter for a short circuit in the wires or motors themselves.

Check the transistors for damage but it sounds like you need a replacement card.

How do I repair this chip? can I find it in a local shop?

I have no experience using ohm-meter.. :(

Is there any other way that I can check this transistor? I have no idea how.. Sorry I'm not into electronic.

Ok let say I buy a new card which is the bottom board, Is it comes with the big chips mounted onto the black heatsink? anyone knows where to find the new card?

Can you see / feel any damage on the surfaces of the transistors on the heat sink ?

The Baldor bottom card comes with the transistors mounted on. You may be best contacting youre Denford agent in order to perchase a replacement or have it repaired.

No i dont see any damages on the transistors, I would like to order one soon. Have to find out the dealer first. Thank you everybody.. I really appreciate your help.. :)
