Vera laser print machine says 'Disconnected'

The 2D software is running well, but when I go to the UCP print page it says 'disconnected'.
The laser cutter is powering up ok and the start green led is on, usb is connected also, and extraction is working...it just wont print.
It worked well before could this be a software problem?

Are you running the latest ULS software?

I think it`s 5.26.45.

Our Software is Lasercam 2, I have hooked the lasercutter up to another PC ant it works well on it, no problems. It must be the original PC I was using.

Have you got the Laser set as the default printer in Printers and Faxes ?
