Corel Draw X4

Does anyone know if Quickcam Pro v1.9 is compatible with Corel Draw X4, as we are thinking of upgrading?

Hi - not sure how you mean compatible ?
QuickCAM PRO will only load up 3D .STL files and it looks like Corel X4 is predominantly 2D editing

Did you mean QuickCAM 2D ?

It should be ok with QuickCAM 2D

There are 3 ways to get the Corel design into QuickCAM:
Export a .DXF file and import into QuickCAM
Select the design in Corel, copy and paste into QuickCAM
Export an .EPS file and import into QuickCAM (recommended)

Finally got the boss to tell me what he was up to - it was him who asked me to post the original question. All he's doing is importing photographs from Corel to produce lithophanes, so there should be no problems there. Isn't it easier when you know what someone is trying to do???
