Turn 270 stopping at tool change

Hi,
Just resurrecting an old Turn 270 Pro. Using QuickTurn 2D Design and VR Turning - all up to date.
All works well with the RHT and profiles are good and accurate. The machine hangs when it goes for a tool change??
I have tried the easy upgrader for the firmware but "no suitable denford machine can be found' error appears.
Any ideas?

Does your machine have a manual toolpost or automatic toolpost fitted?

Check the settings in the VRTurning parameters.

Auto Changer in Tool Change section should be,

0 = Manual Toolpost.
1 = Automatic Toolpost.
