A few details...

Fanuc Servos, and OM Control, 8 tool BT30 type tool carousel.

Please note - this machine is 3 Phase

Replaced parts...

New pneumatic cylinder and valve for tool changer,
Spindle motor has been refurbished.
New spindle drive card
New Spindle Bearings
New keyboard membranes
Various broken ATC connections fixed.

Comes with...

5 x ER32 holders
5 x ER16 holders
ER25 Spanner
1 x 12mm side lock holder
1 x 40mm face mill with arbour
ER25 Collets
ER16 Collets

Tool pot for tightening tools.

100mm Vice

Set of 100mm parallels

M8 Clamp set.

The machine is located in Weymouth, Dorset but I can put on a pallet for delivery.

I have always either sent small programs to the control or dripfed via EasyDNC which can be bought for £100 iirc.
