We are a high school just outside of Manhattan and have 2 of your products;
Microturn NS (U00706/3) and Compact 1000 (U00687/2). I am new to this but very capable. This machines have been sitting idle for years - determined to make them useful to students. All software installed, connected but now get a fault message. "Machine Connection Problem" with red "could not connect to machine" - now I removed the side and plugged USB directly into the board connector - still nothing. Fuses look good. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
