I recently asked if I could cut brass on my versalaser 4.60 and was told no

So, when asked if I could make something with gold or silver acrylic I thought I better seek the oracle before proceeding ...

Any comments guys ?

Is it safe and will it work ?

OK - tried it anyway and it works fine

Hi,

Its the material that cannot be cut nothing to do with the colour. However if using mirrored perspex or other materials always cut from the non reflective side.
