+ 5 VDC + 24 VDC are OK. 3 phase 200 VAC OK.

I'm sorry but none of us here have any information or knowledge of the Fanuc 6-T control.
However, the 1st thing I'd do is check for a fuse behind the monitor

The monitor is worked. But it's not data for show. (I mean display have light but not have anythings show on it)
Now I try to check IC on CPU board. Buble board, CCR board and mem board.
I have not board for spare so I need to know and focus of problem.
