Error 241 refers to the desk top tutor(DTT), not the qwerty keyboard. The error is generated by the machine software and means that a comm port cannot be found to support the DTT. This could mean that either the comm port is disabled in the computer BIOS or is faulty. Error 128 means the software was unable to load properly(caused by the previous error) and has exited, unloading any drivers.
