What do I use and where do i put it?

I have a Starturn 5, below are pics of the board and eprom.
I have downloaded 2 files one has what looks to be the drivers and progams in
fanucld.zip
the other
FANUCSLD.zip
just has the programs in.
I have also downloaded
DRIVERS.zip and DRIVERS2.zip
I have only just realised there was a difference with the zip files.
I have been just running the FANUCSLD that doesn't have the drivers in so this could be what my problem is (as well as sorting out the RS232 pinouts) Where do I put the drivers files?
Running the FANUCSLD with the following GO File
IBM.RS2 1
$2F8 3 MACHINE
DENFORD1.KBD 1
18.2 $3F8 4
VGA.CRT 0
FANUCSLD.APP
I get the error 128
My computer only has one com port. I do have the older Tutor keyboard (single overlay) I may look at adding a PCI rs232 at a later date to run the tutor.
Can I just edit the Go as follows to stop the tutor keyboard loading and put the Starturn on Com1?
