Hi

Installed versa laser on standalone PC. everytime I switch PC on it states new hardware found and looks for firmware. Laser extraction is constantly switched on - noisy! but can not control machine via PC.

Please advise exactly what software I need to download. Original disks are lost!!!

If you do a full uninstall from add remove programs then download and use this.

Make sure you have admin rights so any changes and drivers loaded are saved.
