Scaling factor out by 1000 in Quickcam Pro

I get a scaling factor out by 1000 in Quickcam Pro when i select AUTOSIZE BILLET. This is on a Swedish installation of Windows XP and we think it is because the DECIMAL SYMBOL is not a "." (Decimal point)
