GUARDMASTER SAFETY SWITCH
How does the GUARDMASTER SAFETY SWITCH work ?

1. Power onto the machine activates the Solenoid and releases the door lock so the door will OPEN.
2. When the door is CLOSED and the FORK is in the Guardmaster, it closes 2 x NO contacts and these put inputs in the Denstep card that mean.
A. Guard Closed
From the GND terminal on the Denstep drive board via the Guardmaster (Guard contact 1) to an Input on the Denstep drive board. I.e. 0 v on the input tells the software the guard is closed
B. Spindle OK to Run
From the 24 v (61) terminal via the Guardmaster (Guard contact 2) to the Guard Relay (GR) terminal 2.
2. When the door is CLOSED and the FORK is in the Guardmaster, it closes 2 x NO contacts and these put inputs in the Denstep card that mean.
A. Guard Closed
From the GND terminal on the Denstep drive board via the Guardmaster (Guard contact 1) to an Input on the Denstep drive board. I.e. 0 v on the input tells the software the guard is closed
B. Spindle OK to Run
