DENFORD EASIMILL HELP

Hi All
I have been struggling to rewire my easimill control panel.
I am now at the stage of setting up Mach3 with the BoB and drivers and UC100 motion controller using original stepper motors.
Everything seems to power up okay and relevant Led's are lit and I can hear the motors hold.
But for the life of me, I cannot make any of the motors move.
Can anyone help with known settings for the driver and mach3 or advise what I should check.
