Sorry but all the info we have is on here and it isn't much. Zerocentre's are even rarer than the Zeroturn of which there is less than 20.
Maybe you can get a rough idea from the ZeroCentre brochure:
viewtopic.php?f=52&t=2969
which shows the tools side on and states it's an ISO 40, 78mm diam. spindle taper.

Thanks for the reply, I have found out a iscar part psbt4045m16 is the one but there are a few different types.

Another thing is how to connect up to a pc to drip feed ? what cable and software i need?

Thanks in advance for any help

John

Is it a Fanuc or Heidenhain control ?

Some Fanuc drip feed / RS232 info here:

Thanks for that, a lot to digest.

I managed to talk to the previous owner and he is sending me all the manuals and even the wiring diagram and a few spare pull studs for reference, happy days :D

I will scan and send denford the info when i get it to put on this website for everyone.

Hi All,

Machine all up and running and drip feeding, very happy :D

I have got the manuals with all the parameters as well, I don't have time to scan them but if anyone needs any info just drop me a message and i will be happy to help.

One other thing, I tried to change the spindle belt to the higher speed, but the top of the belt would rub on the underneath of the spindle motor mount plate, any ideas anyone???

Thanks

John
